Student Data and Privacy

SAM Academy takes student privacy seriously. We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act). Student data is:

Owned by the parent/guardian.
Never sold to third parties.
Never used for advertising.
Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Deletable upon parent request.
